Dr. King received his B.S. from Davidson College, Davidson, NC and his M.D. from the University of North Carolina School Of Medicine, Chapel Hill, NC. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at University Hospital, Boston, MA and a Gastroenterology Fellowship at Boston University Medical Center, Boston, MA. Dr. King is board certified in Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology and Hepatology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). He is a Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
