Dr. Justin Miller is a board-certified gastroenterologist specializing in both general and advanced interventional GI care. He is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered treatment with a focus on precision, safety, and clear communication.

Dr. Miller completed his medical degree at Louisiana State University, followed by internal medicine residency at Tulane University and gastroenterology fellowship at LSU. He received advanced training in complex hepatobiliary and pancreatic procedures, including endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and ERCP. Since completing his fellowship, he has received additional training and credentialing in several newer endoscopic procedures focused on weight loss and reflux.

His clinical interests include:

• Colon cancer screening and prevention
• Pancreatic and biliary disease
• Therapeutic endoscopy, including advanced endoscopic procedures such as EUS and ERCP
• Endoscopic bariatric procedures
• Liver disease and hepatology
• Inflammatory bowel disease
• Evaluation of abdominal pain, reflux, and digestive disorders

Dr. Miller is passionate about improving quality of life, maintaining patient dignity, and offering evidence-based solutions, particularly for patients with complex or severe gastrointestinal conditions. He takes a straightforward, patient-first approach, ensuring that patients understand their condition, treatment options, and what to expect at every step. He believes excellent care combines technical expertise with accessibility, communication, and trust.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Miller enjoys spending time with his family and remains connected to his Louisiana roots.
